Track record
This page separates three things that are often conflated: assignments carried out by the firm in its own name, the mandates it holds, and the professional background of its founder. All three count, but they do not commit us in the same way.
Firm assignments
Supporting the group’s executives on European digital regulation, in their public interventions as well as their monitoring.
Leading the European dimension of the bid, from aligning the file with Commission priorities through to mobilising residents.
Assignment begun as a service provided by Altamira Publics, then continued under employed status within the bid organisation.
International survey on the impact of European environmental regulation, focusing on the European Green Deal.
Survey on European regulation of the digital sector, conducted among European decision-makers.
Co-founding a European observatory devoted to video games as a political space — a sector where cultural confrontations play out before resurfacing in wider public debate.
Mandates
These are not consulting assignments. They say who we work with day to day, and which ecosystem we sit in.
Representation and European development of the Pôle d’Excellence Cyber, an association founded in 2014 by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces and the Brittany Region, which today brings together more than one hundred and thirty members — schools, laboratories, SMEs and public institutions.
Founder’s background
Part of what we know how to do cannot be bought as a service: it comes from having held these posts. These experiences are not commercial references of the firm, and we present them for what they are.
Coordination of the European Narratives Observatory on disinformation, funded by the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology of the European Commission.
European Commission grant CNECT/2023/7387407, awarded to OPSCI.AI.
Seven years spent inside a European institution: that is where our grasp of the political calendar, of the financial regulation and of what an evaluator looks for in a file comes from.
Seven years on evaluation committees for tenders and grants; also an evaluator for the European Commission, on grants and certain procurement procedures.
The first conversation is there to establish what is actually achievable — including telling you when it is not.
